FAFSA Nights Helping Valley Students Dream Bigger

Huge shoutout to the Brownsville Public Library System Teen Services Department for hosting free FAFSA & Financial Aid Awareness Nights this month for Valley students and families. From scholarships to grants and real-world college funding guidance, these workshops are helping local teens feel more confident about their future — proof that sometimes the biggest life-changing support starts right at your neighborhood library.

Meet Macy— a 2-year-old Shepherd who came to the shelter as a stray while protecting and caring for her 5 puppies, and while all of her babies have found homes, sweet Macy is still waiting for her own second chance. Macy deserves a calm, loving home where she can finally feel safe, cared for, and loved right back.
