McAllen, Texas — May 14, 2026Evermore Digital hosted AI That Works: A Live Masterclass for RGV Business Owners on Thursday at the McAllen Public Library Auditorium, presented in partnership with the RGV Women's Chamber of Commerce. More than 200 Rio Grande Valley business owners registered for the free four-hour event. Evermore Digital covered all event production costs. Sponsorship fees were contributed directly to the RGV Women's Chamber of Commerce as a fundraising effort.

The event was presented by Cassandra Aguillon, founder of Evermore Digital and The AI Confidence Coach, and designed specifically for business owners at the awareness and early adoption stage of AI integration. The curriculum focused on practical, accessible AI tools and frameworks applicable to day-to-day business operations in the Rio Grande Valley.

"I wanted people to walk out knowing which tools to use, how to talk to them, and where their business is already leaking money," said Aguillon. "Not a survey of what AI might do someday. What it can do Monday morning."

The morning included live demonstrations of AI-powered business intelligence and content generation tools, including a prompting framework Aguillon developed called the 5 P's. The second half of the event introduced the AI Employee Spectrum, a five-level model that walks business owners through progressive AI integration, starting with a single automated task and building toward a full system of AI employees with defined roles and standards.

Attendees also received an introduction to the Five Gaps framework, a diagnostic tool that identifies the most common revenue leaks in local businesses, including missed calls, slow lead response time, review gaps, absent nurture sequences, and underused SMS channels.

"She did not gatekeep anything," said Elizabeth Ramirez, business coach and founder of The Lifestyle Biz. "It gave us so much information and it was easy to understand and digestible. AI can feel a little scary sometimes but this was absolutely a wonderful experience."

The event was co-presented with the RGV Women's Chamber of Commerce as part of the Chamber's commitment to keeping local businesses competitive in a rapidly changing environment.

"I truly believe in giving people the tools and knowledge they need to become more successful and informed," said Carolina Lupercio, CEO and President of the RGV Women's Chamber of Commerce. "AI is becoming part of the future of business, and it is important that our community is not left behind. This event aligned with the Chamber's mission of empowering businesses, creating opportunities, and helping our members stay competitive in a changing world."
